Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sena ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sena is a social fitness application that allows users to track workouts, share fitness progress, connect with other users, and access exercise-related content.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 13 years of age
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Sena. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit
Contains hate speech or glorifies violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts
Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users
Impersonates any person or entity

Reporting and moderation. You can report objectionable content or an abusive user from the "..." menu on posts and comments, or from a user's profile. You can also block a user from those menus. Blocked users are managed in Settings > Privacy & Safety > Blocked Users. We commit to reviewing every report and removing violating content or accounts within 24 hours. To escalate, email dev@sena.fit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
Scrape, collect, or harvest user data without consent

6. Health Disclaimer

Sena is a fitness tracking and social platform, not a medical or health advisory service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercises logged or shared on the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Sena Fitness Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sena Fitness Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
